The Assembler puts the data together. Horizons makes sense of it. It looks forward 72 hours across orders, deliveries and supply, and shows where execution is at risk: the order that will miss its date, the delivery waiting on material that has not arrived.
Three days is long enough to act and short enough to trust. A forecast of next quarter cannot be acted on this afternoon. A list of what will go wrong by Thursday can.

When you wire money, your bank tells you how much you can send today and this month. Your AI agents don't have that. Interceptor gives them that.
Authority is granted in advance, for a period, for a defined scope: these vendors, up to this much. Each action the agent takes draws it down. When it is used up, the next action is refused. If it is never used, it expires, so it cannot be hoarded and burned in an afternoon.
